The cleaning room is equipped with a visual window, allowing users to observe the cleaning process in real time, ensuring transparency and monitoring.
3. User-Friendly Interface and Efficient Operation
The machine features a simple Chinese-language operation interface, allowing users to quickly set the cleaning process parameters. The cleaning program can be stored for future use, and a hierarchical management password system can be set according to administrator authority, enhancing ease of use and security.
4. Enhanced Cleaning Efficiency and Solution Recycling
The heating temperature control system allows the washing liquid to be heated to an optimal temperature based on the chemical characteristics of the solution, improving cleaning efficiency and reducing cleaning time. Additionally, a built-in filter device enables the recycling of the cleaning solution, and compressed air is used to recover residual liquid from the pipeline and pump, effectively saving up to 50% of the cleaning solution.
